Try to :
1.run half way
2.squat down+left hand to touch the ground
3.continue to run
4.stop!
5.right hand touch the ground
6.continue to run
7.stop!
8.both hand touch the ground
9.&run to the end

Try that a few rounds..
you will feel very
"shuang" derh...
